Experience:
Louise Kennedy received her B.F.A. in Graphic Design in the early 80s, and then
went on to graduate school at Harvard University in the 90s. Since then she
has worked as an artist and gallerist and managed a number of businesses
and small companies, including eight years as associate director of the Saguaro
Seminar: Civic Engagement in America at the Kennedy School of Government with
political scientist Robert D. Putnam of Bowling Alone fame. Responsible

Louise has developed a sound understanding of business principles, sales, marketing
and image building in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Louise’s
primary area of expertise is her ability to quickly understand a client’s
industry and then to develop custom graphic, web, and photographic solutions
to reach a targeted audience. She creates relationships with her clients and
guides them through the website design process to create an Internet presence
which yields results. Louise is known for her ability to network and bring people
together around a project, her loyalty, intuition and her straightforwardness.
Current Projects:
Louise is working with clients to create a visual language for their graphic
projects. Improving her photography is an on-going passion. As a member of the
Board of Directors for the Foundation for Manatee Community College, she
is the chair of the Art in Public Places program, a new multi-year initiative
to bring world-class art works to MCC, and to create programs around the pieces.
